I have taken several Polymer Clay classes from Pooja. She gives clear step-by-step instructions and is incredibly patient, especially with students at different levels who might be working in the class as the same time. Pooja always seems joyful and has an infinite enthusiasm for life and for her flowers, always ready to increase her own knowledge of nature. She has a great eye for detail and understanding how to create the right size, shape and color of flowers. She is a most interesting person with a lot of varied interests. I very much enjoyed making delicate and beautiful flowers - everyone thought my polymer clay flowers were real!

I’ve always had a love of flowers, so it was natural that I would take a one-day seminar on how to make a Cala Lily flower with Pooja. I was very excited with the results and have since taken several more classes with her. I’m amazed at the results each time. Pooja is very knowledgeable about flowers and strives to make our flowers “botanically correct”. This attention to detail makes a big difference to the final results. Pooja is very patient, concise in her directions and available for any questions we might have during the creative process. A pleasure to work with and I’m always excited to see what we’ll be creating next!
I recently had the pleasure of commissioning a handmade dahlia for my best friend’s baby shower. I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations! The attention to detail and ability to customize the exact color of the petals on the dahlia is simply breathtaking. Each petal is meticulously crafted, showcasing the skill and dedication of the artist. I was so pleased to be able to gift this treasure to my friend. It’ll be a work of art that will continue to be a cherished keepsake for years to come and serve as a beautiful reminder of the joyous occasion it commemorates! I wholeheartedly recommend commissioning a gift for yourself or a loved one since its uniqueness and beauty is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Pooja’s love of flowers and enthusiasm for the arts comes through so clearly in her teaching! She has extensive plant knowledge and her lessons always include the flower’s interesting features and anatomy. I’m amazed by how she’s able to keep an entire class with very different experience and skill levels all moving together towards the same goal. She’s particularly good at tailoring the teaching process to each individual. She’s very generous with her attention and tips, with lots of individual attention for each student. And she is so genuine and enthusiastic, it really has been a pleasure to learn from her!
